    No, not at all. RoadAid is an on-demand service, which means you can make a call out whenever you need without any membership or subscription.
  • How do I pay for the service?
    You can pay our roadside assitants on the spot with your card, or if you prefer cash. Alternativley, request our call centre to arrange an over the phone payment.
  • How long will you take to arrive?
    Our average arrival time is 30 minutes. If there are any delays due to unexpected traffic, we will update you on a regular.
